OHIO PCCC COMMITTEES
Who should join a PCCC committee?
Anyone interested in person-centered care and advocating for change in how and where we age.
Plans and facilitates educational offerings including statewide conferences, teleconferences, and webinars
on a variety of topics related to person-centered care and culture change.
The Advancing Excellence in America's Nursing Homes Campaign supports statewide LANEs. As a Committee of the PCCC, the
LANE helps participating nursing homes achieve person-centered Campaign goals.
Plans and coordinates all marketing and promotional efforts using various forms and targeting various audiences.
Addresses perceived and actual regulatory barriers to the provision of person-centered care.
Develops and maintains the coalition website and the coalition listserv and selects resources
to be posted on the coalition website.
