Culture Change Tool Kit The goal of this toolkit is to help other states initiate or expand upon their culture change activities. The toolkit includes information about the importance of the state’s role in culture change and the factors that helped states support these types of initiatives. Additionally, it includes information and resources (documents, links to Web sites, etc.) on a variety of initiatives from each state that were part of the case study, as well as a few additional resources outside the case study states.  Click here to learn more! (PDF)
